Payjoin Dev Kit Release payjoin-mailroom 0.1.3

Original release notes
  • Enforce blocked_regions and blocked_ips on the ACME and manual TLS serve paths (#1941)
  • Derive the first-boot OHTTP key from the persisted ikm so the served key no longer changes on the first restart (#1930)
  • Export only four settled-week counts with no attributes; drop the unique short ID count; persist the weekly buckets; push hourly. Precise per-request metrics are no longer exported (#1754)
  • Add a top-level log_format key; a [telemetry] section no longer switches logs to JSON (#1754)
  • Log a heartbeat line with connection pressure: in-flight requests, open bootstrap tunnels, and on Linux the file-descriptor count and soft limit (#1754)
  • Bump payjoin dependency to 1.2.0 (from 1.0.0-rc.3)
  • Give the telemetry feature an http-client via opentelemetry-http and hyper instead of reqwest-rustls, avoiding a crypto provider mismatch with ring
  • Update Cargo.toml edition to 2024 (#1874)
