Venice MCP Server 0.3.0

45 tools, up from 31. Fixes tools that are broken against the current Venice API in 0.2.0, and adds chat, TEE, billing, API-key, crypto and character tools.

New tools

• Chat and privacy: venice_tee_attestation, venice_tee_signature, plus multimodal chat input (images, audio, video, files) (#42)
• Billing: venice_billing_balance, venice_billing_usage_history, venice_billing_usage_analytics (#43)
• API keys: venice_list_api_keys, venice_get_api_key, venice_api_key_rate_limits, venice_api_key_rate_limit_logs (#43)
• Models: venice_model_details (#59), venice_model_traits, venice_model_compatibility_mapping, and richer catalog filters (#44)
• Crypto and characters: venice_crypto_networks, venice_get_character, venice_character_reviews (#46)

Fixes

• Video and image tools match the current Venice APIs (#41), and video tools require duration (#56)
• venice_music_status returns completed music, and media behind a download_url is kept until the caller downloads it (#60)
• Multi-edit and media cleanup fixed; every tool declares read-only, destructive, idempotent and open-world hints (#64)
• Search, speech-to-text and voices fixes (#44); embeddings require model (#53)
• x402 v2 payment-required responses are formatted correctly (#62)
• Remote fetch blocks IPv4-embedded IPv6 destinations (#50)
• venice://models lists every model type, not just text (#75)

Removed

• venice_video_transcriptions: the Venice endpoint is retired. Use chat completions with video_url instead (#64).
