Gateway maintenance release
This release brings gateway payment-path hardening from v0.12.2 to the 0.11 line. The LNv2 bug fixed in v0.12.2 does not affect v0.11 gateways, so upgrading is recommended but not urgent.
This is a drop-in upgrade: no protocol, consensus, API or database changes. Federation guardians and wallet users are not affected.
