Original release notes
Sidecar 1.15.6 brings a theme for the season, GIFs and highlights.
Special editions. A theme worn only while its season lasts, over your own and gone when it ends. The first is Sleepy Hollow, October 1 to November 8.
GIFs in both composers, from nostr.build's GIF index, with topic chips and suggestions as you type.
Highlights from any web page. Select a passage, right-click, and choose Highlight with Sidecar to share it to Nostr (NIP-84).
Notifications stay current and name their senders, and a profile opened from search shows the person on the first try.
Smaller fixes: Sidecar asks before posting the same note twice, the signing card reads web-of-trust provider lists, sites that sign in through a login library work, and the download is a third smaller.
