Comment on any webpage, quick-start a Lightning wallet, and a wallet backup that tells the truth.

- Comment on any webpage. A speech-bubble in the top bar opens a composer for the page you're reading - kind 1111 (NIP-22) over a NIP-73 web target. Mentions work, the review countdown fires before it goes out, and both links point at Jumble (currently the only client that renders them).
- Quick-start a Lightning wallet with Rizful - a one-time code gives Sidecar an NWC connection, no separate app required.
- Historical price chart with hover on the wallet card.
- Add an account from the dropdown - no trip to settings.
- Review countdown for comments, sharing the same setting as notes.
- Tracker stripping for web comments - the whole
utm_family by prefix, plus ~20 more, so share links don't fork the thread.
Fixed
- Wallet backup tells the truth. "Backed up" was an existence check; now it decrypts and compares. Both Back up and Restore warn before overwriting a different wallet.
- Restoring a wallet shows the right balance. The NWC client was cached under the account, not the connection - a restored wallet displayed the previous wallet's balance.
- Keystore lost-update race. Concurrent storage writes silently overwrote each other; the vault-import avatar bug was the visible symptom.
- Imported accounts now load profile pictures immediately.
- Interface text stays put - chrome is unselectable, content opts back in.
