Changes

Changed

  • Added the application-owned FIPS Nostr-relay carrier to desktop, mobile, and

headless endpoints as a priority-250 fallback for explicit roster and approval peers. Direct UDP, TCP, and WebRTC links remain application-owned and independently active.

  • Updated the embedded FIPS Core and Endpoint crates from 0.4.4 to exact

published 0.4.5 for bounded TCP/Tor FSP record framing, deterministic simultaneous stream convergence, endpoint send-receipt correlation, and tree-dependent Bloom-filter convergence. FMP, FSP, discovery, and the application-owned UDP roster path are unchanged.

Fixed

  • Restored the Windows all-target build by correctly scoping Unix-only tests

and helpers.

  • Made the native WebVM approval harness retry the complete routed event batch

while awaiting the durable apply receipt, matching the daemon when a FIPS route is replaced between approval records.

  • Kept the macOS QR scanner buildable with the release workflow's Xcode 15.4

toolchain while retaining the macOS 26 Cinematic Video crash safeguard.

Release Build

  • Built from commit 4c43cc5761d67e5dc1a9a4de30c829ae45dc37f3 for release v4.0.95.
  • Built signed and notarized Apple Silicon macOS DMG and updater archive.
  • Built Linux x64 desktop Debian package.
  • Built Windows x64 installer.
  • Built signed Android arm64 APK/AAB.
