Changes since 7.1:
- Handled Reddit's new rate limiting (one feed per minute) by refreshing just one Reddit feed - the least-recently-checked one - per refresh session
- Stopped scaling up small feed images - the blurriness is worse than the smallness
- Fixed bug where transparent pixels in a feed icon were counted as black when picking a background color
